This is the result of years of trial and error, working virtually with tons of clients all over the country. I am thrilled to announce I am now formally offering a design consulting package that maximizes my skillset while yielding the strongest results for my clients. Rather than providing individual, one-off deliverables (ie. Layouts & Shoppable Design Boards), I have consolidated them into one, all-encompassing presentation.
Introducing, my Design Analysis.
What is a Design Analysis?
It’s a collection of visuals curated to communicate and illustrate my design ideas. A combination of conceptual diagrams, shoppable furnishings and decor, mockups, inspiration pictures and text - tailored to the exact needs of your space, goals, priorities and budget.
I provide ideas for everything from layouts and furniture configurations, cosmetic changes, and selecting pieces to complete a look; to organizational/storage enhancements and structural changes. The end product is a 100% customized, multi-page PDF file sent electronically.
How does it work?
In a nutshell:
You send me pictures & videos of the spaces we will be focusing on
We hold a virtual consultation to discuss your goals, pain points, needs, etc.
I study each space and create a custom presentation to relay my design ideas and solutions
Upon your review, we hold a second consultation to walk through it and discuss your questions
For more information, please refer to the offering page and FAQ.
What kinds of spaces is this be helpful for?
We can tackle any interior space - with a defined purpose, or without. Think bedrooms, living rooms, dens, libraries, offices, kids rooms, guest rooms, kitchens and bathrooms… But here are a few examples of the more unique spaces I’ve worked on recently…
Kids play spaces
Small nooks (previously unused/lacking purpose)
Basement organization
Kitchen organization
Home offices
I’ve worked on everything ranging from 150 sq. ft. bedrooms and 500 sq. ft. studio apartments, to 9,000 sq. ft. mountain retreats.
Which design styles can this offering apply to?
Any and all… We will work together to identify your unique style and from there I will customize my suggestions & selections to help you achieve your dream look.
Why is this an effective offering?
A Design Analysis is effective for many reasons. Here are a few:
It’s expert design guidance at a fraction of the cost of traditional interior design. There are no surprises with my pricing - I charge one flat rate fee. Not by the hour, no markup on furnishings, no surprises.
This offering is not just a tangible presentation a client can refer back to for years to come… It’s a presentation coupled with two (2) face-to-face video consultations as well. This allows us to clearly exchange ideas - both visually and verbally - diminishing the potential for confusion.
It allows us to get into the details of a project. With traditional Interior Design, you’re constantly fearing the meter running… In this case, I am able to integrate ALL ideas I have into your presentation, not just what can be fit into an hour phone call.
It provides an amazing foundation to launch from - either individually, or together. If we decide to layer on further work over time, a Design Analysis is the perfect reference point for where we left off. You can also use it to help communicate your goals to other independent contractors.
Pricing
A Design Analysis costs $1250 and it comes with two (2) 1-hour Virtual Consultations and a Presentation for up to 2 spaces. You are welcome to add on as many additional spaces as needed, at the cost of $500 per room.
